Court Found Hamblin Abused His Daughters

Findings of Fact from Hamblin Divorce Prove Hamblin's Child Abuse

Early this morning, Investigations in Ritual Abuse obtained the Findings of Fact from the Hamblin Divorce. Judge Steven L. Hansen awarded sole custody of Katherine and Miriam Hamblin to Roselle Hamblin on the grounds that David Lee Hamblin had sexually abused both Rachel and Eliza Hamblin, “which sexual abuse was established by evidence that was clear and convincing.”

The court found that Rachel and Eliza’s testimony was “consistent with testimony given by the other, but also consistent with other statements they had made outside of court regarding this subject” and “was supported by the evaluation, investigation, analysis, and expert opinions of Dr. Beall, who concluded that the evidence he considered mandate d a conclusion that they had been sexually abused by [David Lee Hamblin].”
