I review the latest updates in the Hamblin case, including Ryan Peters appointment as a juvenile court judge and the battles between prosecutors and the defense over discovery. Governor Spencer Cox has effectively delayed the case for the foreseeable future, because his appointment of Peters to a judgeship means the Hamblin case has no current prosecutor. The miscues by the Utah County Sheriffs Office investigators opened the door for Hamblin's attorneys to access damaging information on Rachel and Eliza Hamblin, the two corroborating witnesses to Emily Sheets allegations in David Hamblin and Roselle Stevenson's current criminal cases. Thanks for watching and thanks for the support, and we'll be pumping out more content and coverage after a difficult December spent battling a COVID variant.
I'm glad you're feeling better.
That's sad news, however, it isn't too surprising. They've had the whole thing wired for some time now. But we have to keep pushing this knowing that God will get us over the finish line.
