I have previously written a complaint to the Office of Professional Conduct regarding David Leavitt’s criminal conduct with respect to the adoption of Allisandra Fishinghawk and his failure to extradite Tonah Fishinghawk from Oklahoma when she was arrested for domestic violence, due her active arrest warrant for violating her probation in Utah.1 This is the Index of Alleged Crimes I will be providing to Church authorities with respect to the crimes outlined in the Hamblin Victims Statement. Other crimes from the Fishinghawk adoption and criminal case will be added to this index, as well as the harboring of illegal aliens that occurred in Juab County at Leavitt’s cabin. Additional GRAMA requests have yet to generate a response, but the recent response from the Attorney General’s Office has given me reason to believe that the Utah County Sheriff’s Office may have responsive documents pertaining to Franklin Jose Berricoto Guanare and Jorgelia Axmash. That document is included in this article’s image gallery alongside the Index.
Your support makes it possible to keep doing this work. Thank you for reading and subscribing and donating. You can donate any amount you’d like here at Stripe. We can always use the support, as we are reader-funded, and I’ve spent staggering amounts of money I make from private client projects on these matters. Your donations go directly into the continued effort to expose the corruption of the Church of Satan and other related ritual abuse groups, with the ultimate goal of generating evidence and proof to be used in criminal and civil cases against the alleged perpetrators of the CS.
This coming Tuesday I’ll be appearing on a podcast with SOAAR Global News at 11 a.m. EST. My appearance today on Rise to Liberty discussing the Hamblin case is located here, and if you have a podcast you’d like me to appear on, I’m always willing.
This will be the first of at least three OPC complaints against David Leavitt that I will file.
