Second GRAMA Request on David Leavitt with Juab County Sheriff's Office!
Information leads to more information.
After reviewing the Incident Report for the October 23, 2022 response to David Leavitt’s cabin at 4825 E Hanna’s Way in Mona, UT, whereby Juab County Sheriffs and the Search and Rescue Team located four Venezuelan nationals, including two children, who were stranded in Leavitt’s cabin, IRA continued to investigate the issue utilizing the additional information.
IRA has now located an identification card number for Franklin Jose Bericoto Guanare, a Venezuelan national out of the state of Bolivar. We have also confirmed that Jorgelia Axmash is a Venezuelan national. In addition, IRA has contacted the Venezuelan consulate to notify them of the events of October 23, 2022 and to request their assistance in locating the two minors who were present with Guanare and Axmash during the police response.
In our latest GRAMA request, we note that moving and transporting and harboring illegal aliens is a federal crime under 8 U.S.C. §1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) and (iii), punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine. David Leavitt committed a federal crime. This is one of many crimes IRA has established Leavitt’s guilt in, including a bribe to Lawrence Jace Killsback, former Tribal President of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe of Montana, who Leavitt offered a quid pro quo to in the form of assistance with the Ukrainian government to facilitate the export of buffalo from the Cheyenne to the Ukraine, if Killsback would assist Leavitt in illegally taking custody of Allisandra Fishinghawk, the child Leavitt illegally adopted in violation of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). Leavitt also allegedly paid $30,000 in cash to Killsback, as well as significant amounts of money to Allisandra’s mother, Tonah Fishinghawk.
David Leavitt is the cited reason for American Fork Judge Roger Griffin’s decision to disqualify the Utah County Attorney’s Office as the prosecutor for the Emily Sheets case against David Lee Hamblin. Leavitt is the main impediment to the Hamblin case’s forward progress, and as such, Investigations in Ritual Abuse is pursuing a strategy to hold David Leavitt accountable for his various criminal acts in other matters. If and when IRA succeeds, there will be nothing left for the Utah legal and political establishment to protect with regards to David Leavitt. It is likely that the cases against David Lee Hamblin’s alleged fellow members within the Church of Satan will proceed without as much issue.
The tactical importance of this effort against David Leavitt cannot be overstated. I intend to file a complaint with the State Bar of Utah with respect to David Leavitt’s acts as Utah and Juab County Attorney, his conduct in the illegal Allisandra Fishinghawk adoption, as well as other matters. David Leavitt is one of the primary targets of this effort by Investigations in Ritual Abuse, and even if he is never held to an account for his role in the LDS Church of Satan, the other myriad criminal acts he has committed should result in severe consequences for Leavitt going forward.
