A year and seven months in, we have specific locations we need to surveil to determine if evidence remains. Many of these locations are remote, hard to access, and require logistical solutions that are not easy to identify. Those solutions are often expensive. As a result, I’m asking for help with the purchase of these tools.
The first tool is the Marten Inspection Crawler Robot, which costs $2,895. It will be used in hard to access places to determine if human remains, specifically bones, are located in the areas identified by survivors. The robot will enable us to record video footage in confined spaces that can be used to document the presence of evidence consistent with victim allegations. It has a four wheel drive capability and a steel body, recording video in 4K, as well as LED lights and zero turn maneuverability.
The tool will be used at multiple sites identified by victims deemed to have been credible by IRA over the last year and seven months. Footage that verifies victim allegations will be provided to law enforcement, which will provide the basis for warrants to retrieve the evidence. IRA intends to provide law enforcement with indisputable probable cause for those warrants in advance. The footage will also be used to publicly document findings in the field.
The second tool is the Auto Drone Robotics EVO MAX 4T with thermal and Laser cameras. It is ideal for reconnaissance due to the presence of a thermal camera, and will enable us to surveil property where human trafficking is alleged to be ongoing. It has AES-256 encryption, and most importantly, it will enable us to detect heat signatures of human subjects from a remote area. It can operate at 13,124 feet, with a 12.4 mile transmission range, with thermal and a laser rangefinder. It has flight control modules that will circumvent RFI, EMI, and GPS spoofing, blocking geofencing efforts by perpetrators who seek to obfuscate surveillance by drone. This also blocks interference from power lines. Its GPS denied environment sensors enable the drone to have functionality within structures, underground, or in other environments where a GPS signal is not readily available. With an AI recognition technology, the drone can identify, lock on, and track heat sources, moving people, or vehicles. It is $8,999.
This drone will enable us to conduct reconnaissance on sites named by survivors as hubs for trafficking operations involved in ritual abuse. It will enable us to detect the presence of victims in those sites on heat signatures alone, and to record what we find in order to enable us to provide the evidence to law enforcement. Most importantly, we will be able to do so without accessing the site directly, or trespassing. Direct confrontation will be avoided.
The Hamblin case, as well as other related cases involving named perpetrators in the Hamblin case, dictates a much more robust approach to intelligence gathering that will require us to surveil locations in person.
That is why I am asking you, the readers of IRA, to donate to the purchase of these items. The items will be used in multiple locations over time to accomplish the objective of proving ritual abuse allegations, and bringing perpetrators to justice. When the Hamblin case is concluded, these resources will be available for future projects.
The QR code below will enable the purchase of these tools, which I cannot afford on my own. As law enforcement has proven skeptical and resistant to the allegations over the years, the reality is that we have to bring them the evidence before they will move. This is a way of solving that problem, and publicizing the findings will generate pressure. God willing, these tools will enable us to put a dent in human trafficking operations connected to ritual abuse groups. As always, thanks for reading and thanks for supporting the Substack. Without specific locations, no.
