Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages, today in American Fork we have yet another status hearing in the seemingly endless saga of The State of Utah v. David Lee Hamblin, case 221101048. Thanks to Governor Spencer Cox, LGBTQIA+/- tightrope walker supreme for reasons one can only haphazardly deduce, the Hamblin case no longer has a prosecutor. Out of all of the prosecutors in all of the county attorneys offices in Utah, Spencer Cox walked into the county attorneys office in Juab County to nominate the only special prosecutor in the Hamblin case, Ryan Peters, for a judgeship in the Fourth District.1
Ryan Peters, for reasons one can only haphazardly deduce, then filed a motion to transfer the case back to the Utah County Attorneys Office, which was no longer populated by David Okerlund Leavitt, accused child trafficker and pederast satanist, who said ritual abuse was real before he said it wasn’t real, based on the same individual’s testimony about ritual abuse.
As such, there should have been no remaining conflict, but Judge Roger Griffin incorrectly stated that the Utah County Attorneys Office (UCAO) was investigating the Hamblin investigation. In fact, UCAO never investigated the most recent set of allegations against Hamblin, which now center on two child victims of Hamblin who are now adults. Those victims have been waiting for nearly two years to have their day in court, but the powers that be in Utah have slow-walked the Hamblin case even with two eyewitnesses in one case. Those two eyewitnesses are Rachel and Eliza Hamblin, who a court found were sexually abused by David Lee Hamblin in 2003 during a custody trial.
Rachel and Eliza, along with their sister Katie, accused their father and dozens of others, including the current victim’s parents David and Deborah Sheets of Emergency Essentials, of being part of a group that called itself The Church of Satan. This group purportedly believed that Lucifer had been denied his birthright as rightful heir to the throne of Jehovah or Heavenly Father, and that a bunch of degenerate Latter Day Saints who liked having sex with their own children, siblings, and parents would somehow assist the Dark Lord in overthrowing Heavenly Father, defeating Jesus Christ, and delivering the throne of God to Lucifer, who could not do it himself without the help of incestuous Latter Day Saints who had infiltrated the restored church from its earliest days. To the outside world, the Church of Satan was comprised of a group of degenerates who just wanted to have lots of deviant sex, murder children, and generally rampage through the rural areas of Utah preying upon vulnerable people.
Its members were artists like Brian Kershisnik, who is fond of drawing the bodies of very young people with someone who takes care of them. You can purchase his Death-A Suite of Prints here for $1,200, or you could just subscribe to this Substack, where through the magic of Fair Use, I occasionally post those images as part of my coverage of Kershisnik’s alleged activities. You could also donate $1,200 to this Substack.
And so the sands of time continue to fall in the hourglass of the middle aged, late aged, and utterly useless members of the Church of Satan, who clutch their pearls watching the Hamblin trial unfold. Men like Joe Bennion of Horseshoe Mountain Pottery in Spring City, who imprints the alleged Y logo of the Church of Satan on every piece of consecrated pottery he generates as Joe the Potter, even as he still conducts sweat lodges that allegedly involve the use of peyote. How Bennion does that while still remaining a Latter Day Saint in good standing is a question for his bishop, who is allegedly Shawn Lindow of Snow College, husband of alleged “ritual abuser” Bobette Allred, so designated in the Hamblin Victims Statements.
What will happen at today’s status hearing for David Lee Hamblin? Will we see yet another postponement due to the Utah Court of Appeals denying Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray’s interlocutory appeal to set aside Judge Griffin’s ruling disqualifying Utah County as the prosecutor? Probably. IRA will let you know, gentle readers, as the wheels of justice hit the same ruts that pioneer wagon trains once hit on their way westward to Zarahemla, or Zion, or whatever other name was given to the destination early Saints sought, only to see their envisioned paradise be reduced to a playground for incestuous degenerates and deviants like David Lee Hamblin.
Stay tuned. The comment section ought to be lit up with greatness.
We don’t know that he physically walked-or sashayed- into the Juab County Attorneys Office, or whether he summoned Ryan Peters to his Velvet Lair, but Governor Cox did in fact nominate him for a judgeship.
Jeff Gray did not even send anyone to the hearing today. That is unacceptable. In 30 days time, barring another county attorney taking up the case and entering an appearance, the Hamblin case is likely to be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Emily Sheets, the victim, who courageously came forward with two eyewitnesses to her abuse, will be denied her day in court after nearly two years of shenanigans by the prosecution, the defense, and the political establishment of the State of Utah which includes Governor Spencer Cox.
Leah Aston has turned her camera back on, which indicates that she is ready to go. Let us all hold our breath in anticipation.
