Tim Ballard, founder of Operation Underground Railroad and The SPEAR Fund, as well as other subsidiaries and affiliates, has been sued by five of the women he allegedly sexually assaulted and abused on operations for OUR. The complaint is available for you to view here. Twelve separate causes of action are included in the complaint, the most significant of which is the allegation that Ballard committed sexual assault and battery against the five plaintiffs, while alleging that OUR “conspired and combined together for the purpose of Ballard being allowed to have sexual relations with the Plaintiffs.”
The Plaintiffs further allege that OUR and Ballard’s codefendants held a meeting “with regard to the couples ruse and how to allow Ballard to sexually abuse the Plaintiffs.”
Prior coverage of the Ballard story by IRA was written from a presumption of his innocence, which seems increasingly unlikely at this juncture. Tim Ballard is an apostate regardless based on his association and patronage of Janet Russon, a self-professed LDS medium who claims to commune with Nephi, a long dead LDS figure. That is necromancy, and the use of necromancy and mediums is explicitly prohibited in Scripture. Revelation through prophecy comes from the Living God, not dead people. Janet Russon is not a prophetess, and she is not a Christian. Her claims of communion with the dead make that clear, which is why it is puzzling that she is apparently still an active and endowed member of the COJCLDS with a temple recommends according to sources.
Then again, the rot at the core of the David Hamblin case and the story of Tim Ballard makes it abundantly clear that something is amiss in Zion. The lawsuit was filed September 9th, and the COJCLDS issued its statement to Vice News on the 15th. The Church was aware of the allegations against Tim Ballard, and while its alleged retaining of Gordon Bowen to draft the statement raises significant questions, it does not in any way absolve Tim Ballard.
Utah required the victims of SRA to make a victim statement using their name, even though their own family members and the entire state of Utah's satanics were terrorizing them.
This "lawsuit" has 5 pseudonyms, who claims that the identities will be given to the defendants once a protective order is in place.
This sounds more like Utah Mormonism feels threatened by Tim Ballard or OUR's success at mass arresting traffickers and is suppressing the entire network. Which side people support in this, is becoming quite biblical and harvestable.
Destroying the entire LDS religion by connecting Joseph Smith to the dead Angel Moroni, who gave him the plates and vision, is perhaps ironic but if that is how LDS Utah wants to go, I am fine with it.
